Project Scope & Deliverables

Purpose of the Project

The purpose of this project is to acquire regional labor market information and create a strategy that mobilizes regional stakeholders to address short and long-term challenges to create prosperity for residents and businesses. 

Project Milestones:

Business Visitation, Resident and Stakeholder Survey: Begins July 19

Strategic Planning: Begins October 25, 2023

Final Ends: June 30, 2024
