Chantale Sangster is the dedicated and passionate Executive Director at Community Futures Wild Rose. Born and raised in a military family, Chantale's upbringing on Canadian Air Force bases across the country instilled in her a strong sense of discipline and commitment.
With an impressive educational background, Chantale holds a BSc in Nutrition, a Business Admin Diploma, a Business Analyst and General Management Certificate, and Business Analyst Designation from CFLI, a Project Management for Nonprofits Certificate from the University of Calgary, a Community Economic Development Certificate from Economic Developers Alberta, and the Not-For-Profit Program Certificate from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
Her career journey began as a counselor for youth at risk, followed by a successful decade as an entrepreneur, owning an award-winning Health Center. During this time, Chantale became acquainted with Community Futures and became a business coaching client, also benefiting from their training sessions. In 2015, Chantale transitioned to a fulfilling career at Community Futures, where she continues to make a significant impact. As the Executive Director, she supports, coaches, and encourages entrepreneurs, helping them elevate their businesses to new heights. Chantale is grateful for the opportunity to work with an amazing team at Community Futures Wild Rose, who share her dedication and commitment to empowering entrepreneurs.
Outside of her professional life, Chantale resides in the beautiful town of Strathmore with her husband. She takes immense pride in her four grown children, who have all embarked on successful careers. In her free time, you can find Chantale on the pickleball court, attempting to keep up with her husband's golf skills, or more recently exploring her creative side through pottery classes. Lindsay graduated from the University of Calgary with a BA in Development Studies in 2009. Since then, she has worked for several non-profit organizations in both Calgary and Strathmore, as well as volunteered on several committees. Her strengths and interests are in community building, program management and development, financial literacy, volunteer engagement, and sustainability.
Lindsay has worked, travelled, and studied abroad in various countries all around the world including Malaysia, China, Costa Rica, Australia, and Ghana. When she is not working to create more prosperous and all-inclusive communities, she is at home spending quality time with her family, reading, hiking, and exploring the beautiful world around her.

Drawing from over 10 years of running their own small businesses and teaching background, Sandra brings practical expertise to digital marketing. Utilizing her background in web design, marketing and social media, she will help to craft effective strategies honed from hands-on experience. Sandra is excited to assist small business owners in navigating the digital landscape with confidence.
