Rebloom Strathmore

Community Health & Wellness
Halle Cockx

Our 35th-anniversary celebratory road trip continues with a visit to Rebloom Strathmore, a unique wellness center owned by Halle Cockx. Rebloom Community Health and Wellness stands out in Strathmore’s wellness industry by offering a holistic approach. From counselling to meditation, their team provides a diverse array of services dedicated to enhancing clients' well-being. Halle Cockx became a Community Futures Wild Rose client in 2022. Read on to discover her inspiring journey.

Halle Cockx is a fourth-generation resident of Strathmore, deeply ingrained in the fabric of the community. Strathmore has always been her haven, fostering her commitment to serving its people. From the outset of her studies in the mental health field, there was a clear vision—to return to her hometown and establish a sanctuary for individuals to address their mental health needs.

In her pursuit of founding a practice, a significant gap was identified in Strathmore—a lack of holistic wellness services alongside mental health provisions. Thus, Rebloom Community Health and Wellness emerged, offering an array of integrated services. The ethos behind Rebloom is simple yet powerful: to create an environment of warmth and comfort, diverging from the clinical atmosphere often associated with healthcare settings. The aim is to mitigate the apprehension of seeking support and foster a sense of community and tranquillity.

Every accolade received from a client serves as a testament to Rebloom’s transformative impact on the community. These stories fuel a deep dedication to the cause, reinforcing a commitment to serving those who entrust their well-being to the establishment. It is an honour to contribute to the community that has nurtured her.

Looking forward, Rebloom is envisioned as a steadfast beacon of hope and healing for Strathmore. A refuge where all are welcomed, irrespective of their struggles or backgrounds. There is a steadfast determination to destigmatize mental health, sow seeds of awareness, and cultivate a culture where seeking help is not just accepted but encouraged. In celebrating our 35th anniversary, we are inspired by stories like Halle's, which remind us of the power of community, dedication, and the drive to make a difference. May Rebloom’s efforts resonate profoundly within the community, inspiring others to prioritize their mental well-being and embark on their journey toward wellness.
