Temporary Marketing Specialist (8 weeks)

Community Futures Wild Rose is a proactive and progressive not-for-profit community organization dedicated to strengthening our region’s entrepreneurs and businesses to promote rural diversification as the key to sustainable rural development.  We are guided by a regionally represented volunteer Board of Directors.

Who you are:   To be successful in this position, you will have:
• superior English communication skills;
• initiative, with strong attention to detail;
• excellent interpersonal, and be a flexible team player;
• the ability to work independently;
• a strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs, as well as Google Analytics, HTML, CSS and web analysis tools;
• the eligibility to work in Canada, unsponsored;
• enrolled in full-time post-secondary education/training in the fall;
• a valid drivers license; and,
• a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

What you’ll do:   The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. As well, this position will be responsible for website and social media marketing campaigns, data collection and analysis.  The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the client base and creating effective strategies that will promote our long-term growth.
